The friend who follows up.

Fili is your family's private health agent, opening in beta for the UK and Europe. Photograph a letter, upload a PDF or forward an email, then tick each step the doctor wrote. Each one becomes a follow-up, linked to its line in the letter. Then the family sees each step through to done. Your records stay encrypted on your own devices. Never a doctor.

Never a doctor.

Fili does not diagnose, check symptoms or advise on treatment. Ask it about a result and it points you to what your doctor wrote, and back to your doctor. Its job is to help your family get done what the doctor already asked for.

I'm not a doctor, so I can't tell you what this result means. Dr Patel's letter says: “We will discuss these results at your next appointment.” Dr Patel is the person to ask.

In the beta: ask Fili a medical question and it points you back to what your doctor wrote, and to your doctor.

Where Fili is going.

  • Coming: a Fili of your own for everyone in the circle, one that learns you.
  • Coming: reach Fili where you already talk.
  • Coming: connected to your health records as the NHS and Europe open them up.
